HOW IT WORKS

Browser-first GIF processing.

GifShaper reads your file on this device, decodes the animation, applies the selected change, and rebuilds a new output. The source file is not sent to a conversion server by the tool.

GIF is a palette-based animation format, so rebuilding can slightly change colors. Use 256 colors when visual detail matters most, or fewer colors when file size matters more.

PRACTICAL LIMITS

Built for ordinary web GIFs.

  • GIF inputs are capped at 50 MB.
  • Very large frame counts can use substantial browser memory.
  • Processing speed depends on your device.
  • Keep the tab open until the output is finished.
