GifShaper is designed so that files selected for the editing tools are processed in your browser rather than uploaded to a GifShaper conversion server.

Analytics

The site uses a first-party portfolio analytics service to understand pageviews and generic product events such as tool start, completion, and download. The tool does not intentionally send your selected media bytes, filenames, background colors, crop coordinates, or other editing values to analytics.

Local browser data

Temporary object URLs and in-memory frame data can be created while a tool is open. Closing or refreshing the page clears the active editing session from the page.

Third parties

The current tool engine does not require a third-party file conversion service. Links you choose to follow may have their own privacy practices.
